    Not too far from Haram.

It may be better if the reception knows better English and are better informed. I booked two rooms separately and once I arrived they said I have booking only for one room. Finally they gave me the other room. It will be nice if they maintain the room better.

The parking was convenient and we were provided with a welcome drink and fruit upon arrival. the breakfast included in the price was a great addition. the hotel had multiple elevators available which helped avoid congestion. the staff was welcoming and had a perfect conversation during the reservation process.

Felt very secure, no complaints at all.

This place in Ajyad district is well-maintained, absolutely great, and conveniently close to Masjid Al-haram, the park, and the Masjid.

Location was acceptable. Parking is excellent.

Shuttle bus did not operate for every prayer and it takes 15 minutes to get to the Mosque. But if you walk it takes less than 5 minutes. Rooms are clean but toilets are too tiny. Water draining from the sink falls on the ground to drain into another drain - very primitive for ramada!!! Not the International Standard for ramada

This place was impeccably clean and enjoyable, the breakfast spread was appetizing with a variety of choices, and the staff was friendly and helpful during my one-night stay.

The building was very good and the furniture seems to be not old... however it didn't smill good. & Night shift Operator was very polite and broud minded.

1- Staff were to lazy to answer the telephone for morning calls and they had no usefull answers. 2- the management persone incharg of reservations in the hotel was not available to answer his office phone calls even when it was 10:00 am. 3- Room service wakes you up asking if you asked for blankets around midnight while you didn't. 4-Shattele service to Al-Haram (which the purpes of going to makkah is to go whorship and pray at) is not available for all the prayers. 5- two slow employees in reciption in the morning taking care for check in and check out. .... Yes, I Don't think that I will ever book at this hotel. specially not for my family.

    The general staff were polite.

I booked for three bed,but they just provided me with two bed. I had to sleep on the floor. The maintenance of the hotel room is not that good, specifically the bathroom shower hose was leaking, and the carpet in the room is a bit stained.
